David Schwartz
David Schwartz is a principal in the public affairs firm of Goodman Schwartz.
On behalf of the firm, Schwartz manages the local government relations and community outreach practices.
Schwartz currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Transportation Committee.
Prior to establishing the firm, Schwartz served as a senior advisor to Phoenix Councilmember and Mayor Skip Rimsza. He was the Mayor’s primary political advisor and was responsible for

representing the Mayor’s interests with local, regional, county and state government organizations.
In addition to his political and policy development positions within the City of Phoenix, he has managed or advised several high-profile, grass-roots, political issue campaigns.
Schwartz has considerable experience serving as an intermediary between impacted parties and city officials on a multitude of local government issues. In addition, he has extensive experience in voter behavior trends and campaign mechanics, both from an academic and professional perspective.
Schwartz earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master of Mass Communication from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Telecommunications at Arizona State University.
